Work Placement Officers
Location: Nationwide
Salary: Varies dependant on assignment
We are seeking professional, confident and articulate individuals with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to market employers of all sizes through a range of communications and activities in the field.
Your aim is to establish work placements and find employment opportunities for clients.
Duties will include identifying local employer recruitment and training needs matching them to clients skills and experience and provide follow-up employer support services and advice.
You will also monitor clients in placements and perform marketing and communication actions to continue to join-up employers and Job Centre Plus.
A background with a training provider, marketing or sales experience is essential along side a good understanding of the local labour market. Experience of creating and delivering successful presentations is also required, and good standard of education and computer literacy.
