WoW Careers Services is dedicated to forging partnerships with Government Funded Training Providers, we can offer the following services:
A FREE Assessment of client needs
If you are short staffed and you need an extra pair of hands, or maybe you have a client that your current staff are having difficulty with a WoW Careers Services consultant can hold an assessment meeting with your client/clients and give you back a detailed report on exactly what needs that client has and recommendations of how he/she can achieve there goals.
(we do ask that you as the provider fund our consultants travel, lunch and hotel expenses if required)
Modules Training
Our trained staff can provide Module Training on your premises, using your own or our specially written and designed training materials.
CV Writing, Letter Writing, Interview Techniques, Health & Safety In The Workplace and many more courses are available to your clients.
Our staff are professional trainers who have all worked within the Government Funded Training sector, we know what is needed and are experienced at working with the wide and diverse range of clients.
We can tailor make specific modules to your contractual/clients needs.
A Professional Work Placement Service
WoW Careers Services consultants have many years experience and contacts to enable us to source, evaluate and arrange suitable work placements for your clients, not just a placement for the sake of a placement but a placement that is designed to secure your client long term sustainable employment.
Dependant upon the level of service we agree in advance, either a WoW Careers Services consultant can monitor the client during the placement period or once we have arranged the placement you own staff can take over the monitoring process, whilst we continue to work with the employer to secure the ultimate goal of a long term sustainable paid job for the client.
Our Fees
We don't have a set fee structure for our Work Placement Service, as you'll know as a Government Funded Training Provider the fees you receive are dependant on what programme the client is placed on with you as the provider, so WoW Careers Services can agree a pricing structure directly with you dependant on the following factors:
What programme the client is on
The level of need the client has
The numbers of clients you want us to work with
The amount of time required to secure the job
We Know What's Needed
Our Consultants know exactly what is involved in Government Funded Training Provision having all worked in the industry, we know what is required under provision such as the whole range of New Deal Programmes, Skills 4 Life Provision and European Social Fund (ESF) provisions, so there will be no need to train our staff they arrive fully trained and ready to start producing results.
Need Someone Longer Term?
We can agree a fixed term contract with one of our consultants to help you through a staff shortage or a busy period.
